Day 1
Today, our adventure begins as we meet at Sydney Kingsford Smith Domestic Terminal for our group transfer to the beautiful Hunter Valley, Australia’s oldest wine region.
Over the next three days, we’ll come together to enjoy three inspiring and interactive knitting experiences with the wonderful Patty Lyons, along with friendship, camaraderie, delicious food and wine, and plenty of time to relax and enjoy this beautiful setting.
This evening, we’ll gather for our first group dinner at our accommodation; a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another, share a meal, and toast to the exciting days ahead!
We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait to share this special experience with you.

03 July, 2027
Day 2
This morning, we’ll gather together for our first knitting workshop with Patty. We’re looking forward to a fun and inspiring morning of learning, creativity, and plenty of knitting time!
After our workshop, we’ll head to a nearby vineyard, where we’ll enjoy a lovely wine tasting followed by a delicious three-course lunch.
Afterwards, we'll have some relaxed free time to gather, knit, and enjoy each other’s company before coming together again for our group dinner at our accommodation.
It’s the perfect day to slow down, savour the moment, and enjoy all the wonderful experiences the Hunter Valley has to offer!

Day 3
Today, we’ll gather for our second knitting workshop with Patty. We’re looking forward to another inspiring and creative session filled with new ideas, learning, and plenty of time to enjoy our shared love of knitting.
After our morning workshop, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at our accommodation before settling in for a special afternoon “Ask Patty” session. This is your chance to bring along those burning knitting questions, pick Patty’s brain, and get the tips and advice you’ve been waiting for!
This evening, we’ll come together once again to enjoy a delicious Italian-inspired dinner at our accommodation; a lovely way to relax, share stories from the day, and continue enjoying each other’s company.

Day 4
After breakfast, we’ll make our way back to Sydney Kingsford Smith Domestic Terminal, where our wonderful adventure together comes to an end.
As we say goodbye to new friends and old, we’ll take with us wonderful memories of our time together filled with knitting, laughter, friendship, delicious food and wine, and special moments shared in the beautiful Hunter Valley.
Thank you for being part of this very special experience. We hope you’re heading home with a happy heart, a little more knitting knowledge, and many wonderful memories to treasure.
